saint anthony used to be called fernando and he used to be very thin and he always wanted to be a crusader, but sir juan said he was to thin, so he told his mother and she said that if he ate his vegetables, not to run, to take a nap, to drink milk, not to ride as much, and eat a lot he would not be as thin, so he did and it worked!
